Hi Pizza Man!
Print out the pieces. Have the kids hide their eyes. Hide one of the book characters under a door. The kids take turns saying which number door they think the character is under.
Print and cut out cards. Put them in a pile upside down. The kids draw a card and say the number. They get to keep drawing card (and "keeping" them) until they don't know the number or they get a PIZZA card.
